TikTok integration & API data

We operate a tool that connects to the TikTok Content Posting API to publish or schedule videos to a TikTok account on the account holder's behalf. When you authorize this connection, we access only the data required to provide that service, which may include your TikTok account identifier, basic profile information, authorization tokens, and the video content and captions you choose to publish.

We use TikTok data solely to perform the actions you request — such as uploading and posting your videos — and for no other purpose. We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. Our access and use of information received from the TikTok API comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's platform policies. You can revoke our access at any time from your TikTok account settings, and you may request deletion of any TikTok-related data we hold (see "Data retention & deletion" below).

Authorization tokens and TikTok data are retained only while your integration is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal and platform data we control at any time by emailing thesoulsofai@gmail.com. Upon a verified request, we will delete the relevant data and revoke any stored access tokens.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure handling of authorization tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data we hold.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided, revoke third-party integrations from the relevant platform's settings, and contact us to request correction or deletion of information we control.
